About Oliver

Oliver Müller’s heritage derives from his German parents, who immigrated to South Africa after his father Frank Müller, managed to escape from East Germany under the Berlin wall and took an apprenticeship as an executive Chef with the company ‘Bayer’. Having, run his own restaurants in South Africa and Namibia, he also was executive Chef for the Stellenbosch university for 19 years and cooked for Mandela, Margaret Thatcher and many other artists and dignitaries.

 

Oliver’s grandfather Hans Vollbach, was an Olympian runner for Germany and won the 1955, ’56 and 57‘ German long distance Marathon. Oliver’s mother remarried when Oliver was very young and this took him all over the world, exposing him to many cultures.

 

Oliver Müller was born in Benoni, South Africa and throughout his life travelled extensively around Europe and Africa and recently visited the USA.

 

Oliver took part at the 2012 International Arts Convention and came 2nd in creative runway, 3rd in monologue acting and got call backs from Icon Studio’s as well as John de Gracio from Watersound entertainment, for the performance of his song ‘Barely touching you’.

 

Oliver Müller picked up his guitar at age 14 and has been singing and writing music ever since. Over the years he has been actively involved in different church and secular bands as well as individual performances and is now contracted to supply sound, DJ, Live music, MC work, and also motivational speaking. His album "Barely Touching You”, is a testimony to his ability to write and sing in different genres of music.

Oliver is also the owner of the company www.talentcoach.co.za and works with singers, models, dancers and actors as a Talent Coach.

Other achievements are his companies www.prorep.co.za  specializing in Sales Strategy development and www.mylifecoach.co.za  offering Life Coaching training.

Last but not least, Oliver is a Director in the Joan Ramagoshi Foundation (Miss SA 2003) and ‘Adopt a Life’, non-profit Section 21 Company.
